Dr. Bao Kham, Rector of the University, Dr. Le Lam Thi, Dean of Vietnamese Studies Faculty, Mr  Phan Thanh Tien, Deputy Head of Academic Affairs Office and representatives of the University attended the closing ceremony.

Dr. Bao Kham highly appreciated the students' academic achievements, the enthusiastic support of Prof. Ito Tetsuji and hope that they will introduce Vietnamese language course at University of Foreign Languages to other students of Ibaraki University ​​and return to HU - UFL with higher level Vietnamese language course.

Prof. Ito Tetsuji thanked Dr. Bao Kham and teachers for their enthusiastic support and assistance to students of Ibaraki University. Despite the short time, they have studied and participated in effective, useful activities at the University  and have a good impression on the university, Hue city as well as Vietnam. He delivered that the academic like this will make the relationship of the two universities better and more sustainable.
