Reception of the Ambassador of the United States of America to Vietnam at University of Foreign Languages, Hue University 2018-12-12
In the framework of the working visit to Thua Thien Hue province, Mr Daniel J. Kritenbrink, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Vietnam, paid a visit to University of Foreign Languages, Hue University. On behalf the University, Dr. Bao Kham, Rector of the University, the leaders of facuties and functional offices welcomed the Ambassador.

At the meeting, Dr.Bao Kham expressed his appreciation for the support of U.S Embassy and the U.S Consulate Ho Chi Minh City. Dr. Bao Kham was pleased to present to the Ambassador the achievements of the University in recent years and thanked for the partnership and cooperation on education that has brought many advantages to university’s research and teaching.
The Ambassador, Mr. Daniel J. Kritenbrink stated that this visit is to tighten further the relationship between the United States and Vietnam in general and between the U.S Embassy and Hue University particularly in the period of regional and world security, as well as to promote further people's diplomacy, the exchange of support in the field of education and health care. In his capacity, he wishes that this relationship will be more fruitful in the future.
