1. Purposes

The aims of the conference are to:

- Create an academic forum for scientific information exchange, updating and reporting the results of research and its interdisciplinary application on language teaching

- Promote academic exchanges and cooperation among national and international researchers

2. Topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:

- Linguistics and applied linguistics.

- Translation/ Interpretation and issues in training translators and interpreters

- Issues and trends in Language teaching

- Intercultural communication in language teaching

- Language testing and assessment

- Professional development

- Critical thinking in language education

- K-12 Language education

The conference is to take place on 24th and 25th of November 2023 at HUFLIS. Address: 57 Nguyen Khoa Chiem Street, An Cuu ward, Hue City, Vietnam.

●          Abstract submission: May 15, 2023.

●          Notification on abstract review result: May 31, 2023

●          Time allotted for each presentation: 20 minutes/1 presentation.

Conference proceedings Research papers presented at the conference with good review results will be published either in the ISBN proceedings of the conference or in the Journal of Inquiry into Languages and Cultures by University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University. Note: Review Papers are not accepted to publish in both Conference proceedings and the Journal.
