MoU Signing ceremony with the Japan Women's University 2021-07-01
On the morning of July 1, 2021, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University organized an online meeting with the Japan Women's University to formally discuss on the student exchange program and to sign a memorandum of understanding between the two universities.
On behalf of the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hong Nhung, the Rector of the university; Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong Tra, the Dean of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture; Dr. Nguyen Van Huy, the Head of the Office for Training Affair, Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh Nhu, the Head of the Office for Research Management & International Cooperation, representatives of the Office for Research Management & International Cooperation and lecturers of the Faculty of Japanese Language & Culture attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Ms. Satoko Shinohara, the President of the Japan Women's University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hong Nhung introduced information about two universities, shared the Japanese language training and cooperation opportunities of the two institutions in the strategic partnership of the two countries. Ms. Satoko Shinohara also expressed her wish to build a long-term cooperative relationship with the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University. The two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the exchange of students and lecturers, scientific research cooperation, and conference participation between the two educational institutions in the coming time.
